Modern Day Spirituality?-)

I wouldn't mind checking this festival out next year, but I'll pass on the physical stuff, I think.
My only worry is that it might turn out more like this for me -
And then I would have to resort back to my modern day prayer -

  1. Great takeoff on the AA slogan! And that design, yikes, it makes me dizzy!

  2. Nothing wrong with a bit of physical to go along with the spiritual. The 'make love not war' era wasn't so bad.

You're right, but I'm talking from my own personal point of view here.
If I go to a spirit festival,it's not to do yoga or dancing...I'd rather do that stuff in private,or in a special class.
I would be more interested in the contemplative practices here like shamanic drumming and talks about spiritual matters. But each to there own. That's what makes these festivals fun anyhow,I guess.
