Something in the Air About Emily?

in Melbourne

Victoria, Australia

Is "Back to the Future

a Film About the
Knight's Templars and

Their Fight with Rome?

World Storm?
Emily Browning's movie and TV portfolio looks very ominous indeed
in synchromystic terms, that is.
" Australian actress Emily Browning was born in 1988 in Melbourne, Australia.
She has two younger brothers.
Her start in acting came after a classmate's father, involved in the acting business, noticed her "acting all ditsy" in a school play.
Emily found an agent and was soon filming on location for the Hallmark TV-movie,
The Echo of Thunder (1998) (TV)
She received more roles from there, including parts in
The Man Who Sued God (2001), opposite Billy Connolly
and Ned Kelly (2003), opposite
Heath Ledger and Orlando Bloom
In that film, she had to hug Heath Ledger, and she said that all of her friends, who went to see the film, at the same time sent her a barrage of text messages about how lucky she was !
Emily says she tries to avoid "cheesy" movies, and her big break came when she was on a press tour in LA for Ghost Ship (2002), that was filmed in Australia and released in America.
In the same year, she won an Australian Film Institute Award for Best Young Actress, and was nominated for the same award, the next year.
Emily received some scripts when she was in LA and sent in a video audition for
Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events (2004)
She received a call and was asked to come to LA for a proper audition, which won her the part. She spent months in LA filming,
for the second time acting opposite Billy Connolly
Emily said she enjoyed the experience of making a big budget film in America, and says that although she's not sure what is coming next, she's hoping to do some more Australian work. "

Russian ghost ship

discovered off Ireland

" A RUSSIAN cruise ship abandoned and adrift in the North Atlantic has been located about 2400 kilometers off the west coast of Ireland.
With no crew or warning lights, the ship Lyubov Orlova has been adrift for two months and maritime authorities had been uncertain of its precise location. "

" Comet Lemmon is a five-mile-wide visitor traveling a great distance from furthest edge of our solar system.
It was discovered in the constellation Leo on March 23, 2012 and has been categorized as a long-period comet.
Long-period comets originate in the spherical Oort's cloud and approach the inner solar system at random angles; and their orbits may be prograde (clockwise) or retrograde (counter-clockwise) around the Sun.
(Short-period comets originate in Kuiper's belt, have an orbit of 100 years or less, and travel orbit roughly along the plane of the ecliptic. 60% of these are part of Jupiter's family.)
Therefore, this loop is not Lemmon's first sojourn into the inner solar system.
This comet has an ancient track record:
it has been about 11,000 years since its last dive towards the Sun -- during the Neolithic Age or Satya Yuga (golden age) depending on your point of view.
Under the night skies of the southern hemisphere, Comet Lemmon reached naked-eye viewing in February.
It has been dazzling astronomers and stargazers with its green hue and diaphanous tail. "

" This eery green color is produced by two gases boiling off its nucleus: cyanogen and diatomic carbon.
Cyanogen is a poison gas released by many comets, and diatomic carbon is vaporized C2.  Comet Lemmon is traveling from south to north, and will reach the closest point in its orbit around the Sun called perihelion on March 24, 2013, Palm Sunday in the Christian tradition. By April it may be visible with the naked eye from the northern hemisphere.  "

In Australia though it is summer in February
" FILMING of a new romantic drama set among Cornwall's artistic community on the eve of the Great War is due to begin on Sunday.
The cast of Summer In February, headed by Dominic Cooper (The Devil's Double) and Dan Stevens (Downton Abbey), will spend four weeks filming in the Penzance area.
Adapted from Jonathan Smith's novel, the production tells the true story of a love triangle among the Edwardian artists' colony at Lamorna Cove in 1913.
Shooting will take place not only at Lamorna Cove but at various other coves between 30 and 40 minutes away.
"As the story's based on true events that happened 100 years ago the extras will be dressed up, and it's a day of filming at St Buryan, or somewhere near St Buryan, for the racing scene," said Mr Cowdrey."

God Help the Girl
" Set in Glasgow, Scotland, the film is about a girl called Eve who is in the hospital dealing with some emotional problems and starts writing songs as a way of getting better.
Songwriting becomes her way forward, leading her to the City where she meets James and Cassie, two musicians each at crossroads of their own.
What follows is a story of renaissance over the course of a long, dream-like Summer. "

  1. My comment vanished. OK, Plush looks like my kind of movie...and I love the trailers, even when I don't understand them all.
