Synchromysticism

The art of realizing meaningful coincidence in the seemingly mundane with mystical or esoteric significance."

Did the "Pop Oracle" Forecast Patricia Arquette's Success in the Movie "Boyhood" Back in 2010?

When I saw that
Patricia Arquette had won the
"Best Supporting Actress" award at the Golden Globes last night, I remembered Patricia being on Andras Jones' Radio 8-Ball Show in 2010.
Watch the clip above to see the song number the wheel lands on.
"When I was a kid"?
Boyhood
?
Patricia Arquette
Number one?
Won
?
Best Supporting Actress?
OK, so Patricia asked the question about a project she was working on with homeless kids in Haiti and whether it would be a success, but at the time (2010) she was already 8 years into another project/film that she was working on as well, which wouldn't be completed for another four years - Boyhood.
"The life of a young man, Mason, from age 5 to age 18."
"Filmed over 12 years with the same cast, Richard Linklater's BOYHOOD is a groundbreaking story of growing up as seen through the eyes of a child named Mason (a breakthrough performance by Ellar Coltrane)who literally grows up on screen before our eyes.
Starring Ethan Hawke and Patricia Arquette as Mason's parents and newcomer Lorelei Linklater as his sister Samantha, BOYHOOD charts the rocky terrain of childhood like no other film has before.
Snapshots of adolescence from road trips and family dinners to birthdays and graduations and all the moments in between become transcendent, set to a soundtrack spanning the years from Coldplay's Yellow to Arcade Fire's Deep Blue
BOYHOOD is both a nostalgic time capsule of the recent past and an ode to growing up and parenting."
With the Boy's name in the film being MASON I've heard a lot of people in the blog-sphere speculate as to whether the film has a subtext about a young man entering FreeMASONry and working his way from Entered Apprentice to Master MASON.
Good question.
"You'll climb the stairs now baby"
The Janks
/When I Was a Kid
Anyway, it was interesting that The Janks song When I Was a Kid was the song the wheel picked, because if you have seen the movie Boyhood (go see it. It's a great film) you will realize that the song is pretty much what the film Boyhood was about.
And if you watch the film clip of the song When I Was a Kid (above) you will see stair imagery similar to the Masonic stair drawing a few pictures above.
Now, I have to say that I don't think much of this stuff was consciously planned, if any.
But it is certainly interesting to ponder the synchronicity of it all.
The Bible given to Mason for his
15th birthday in the film Boyhood
Also, in the movie Boyhood, Mason is given a Bible for his fifteenth birthday from his Step-grandparents.

Even when The Janks are describing how they came to write the lyrics to When I Was a Kid to Patricia, it sounds like they are describing the plot of the film to her.
Sometimes we just don't see the Forrest for the trees, I guess.
Even Andras talks about with long-term projects that you have to be committed year after year after year after year, but still nobody even mentions Boyhood.
Then again, I guess hindsight is a luxury when it comes to synchronicity.
P.S.
For those of you like my blogging friend Loren Coleman who like name game coincidences, here's one for you.
A film which took 12 years to make starring Ellar COLTrane (reign?) wins best picture in the Year of the Horse
The year of the horse is a twelve-year cycle.
"Born in Austin, Texas, COLTrane was cast in the groundbreaking role in 2002 [2002 was the Year of the Horse as well]and said he has few memories of early filming."

UPDATE: 16th January, 2015.
OK, now here is the kicker with the oracle's song being When I Was a Kid
The Academy Awards will take place on the first Sunday of the Year of the Goat (February 22nd, 2015) and a kid is a baby goat.
Patricia just got nominated for an Oscar in the "Best Supporting Actress" category yesterday, so maybe the oracle was leaving cryptic clues that Patricia's other long-term project Boyhood was going to deliver in 2015?

UPDATE:
Congratulations Patricia Arquette, Looks Like the 8-Ball Was Right About the Success of Your Longest Project
