Is 69 the new 42?

69th British Academy Film Awards

Daniel Radcliffe born 23/7/89

The 69th British Academy Film Awards, more commonly known as the BAFTAs, will be held on 14 February 2016 (Valentine's Day) at the Royal Opera House in London, to honour the best British and international contributions to film in 2015.
Tarot card #15? 2015?
I wrote about the 69th BAFTAs in my last post about the Oscars, but I thought they needed a standalone post to point out the coincidences surrounding them -
I think We Are Going to See Some Serious S#it When This Baby Hits 88;-)
First of all, the nominees for the 69th BAFTAs were announced on 8 January 2016 by Stephen Fry and Gugu Mbatha-Raw.
In June 2011, Mbatha-Raw was cast as the female lead in the Fox pilot Touch opposite Kiefer Sutherland.
"Touch" the Deadman's Hand Coincidence
Released 8 January 2016.
Recorded
201415.
January 8th was David Bowie's 69th birthday and the day that Bowie's last album Blackstar was released.

The BAFTAs will be hosted on the night by Stephen Fry, who narrated The Hitch-hiker's Guide to the Galaxy film and also the audio books.
Alan Rickman, who played Snape in the Harry Potter films and passed away days after David Bowie at the same age 69, also did the voice for Marv the depressed robot in the same The Hitch-hiker's Guide to the Galaxy film as Stephen Fry.
42 is the meaning of life...
Warwick Davis born 2/3/70

(as Americans write the date)
And Warwick Davis is the actor who is actually inside Marv during the film.

Another thing I find amusing is that Dan Radcliffe, Warwick Davis and Alan Rickman were all in the Harry Potter movies together and that the number 237 can be seen in the birthdates of both Dan Radcliffe (23/7/89 ... written the British way) and Warwick Davis 2/3/70 (as Americans write the date).
237 is the room number in the movie The Shining that Kubrick changed from Stephen King's room number of 217 in King's novel The Shining.
Interesting sidenote, King turns 69 this year.
Dan Radcliffe is the star of the Joe Hill (King) story Horns which was made into a movie.
David Bowie's song Heroes was featured in the Daniel Radcliffe horror fantasy film, Horns, as well.
Joe Hill King was Stephen's little boy to whom King dedicated his novel The Shining.
King's dedication to his son Joe in the front of The Shining
In the movie Room 237
it was speculated that Kubrick changed the number of the room in the movie version as a nod to the approximate distance of the earth to the moon (237,000 miles).
Oddly enough, David Bowie's son Duncan Zowie Haywood Jones made his directorial debut with a film called Moon.
Page 38 of The Salmon of Doubt
Ironically, Douglas Adams, the author of The Hitch-hiker's Guide to the Galaxy writes in his last novel that he was working on when he died in 2001 that the best dream day out he can remember in his life was seeing Kubrick's 2001: A Space Oddyessy at the cinema in 1968.
Douglas Noel Adams
(11 March 1952 – 11 May 2001)
Even Adams tombstone looks monolithic.
And Bowie did pass away in 2016: The Year of the Monkey, also on the subject of monolithic things, Kubrick, DNA and death.
And isn't Kubrick buried under a Monkey Puzzle tree on his estate?-)
Douglas Adams, 42, 2001 and 237
It was interesting that the other person besides Stephen Fry to read out the nominees for the BAFTAs on Bowie's birthday was a women with the name of Gugu Mbatha-RAW.
Because RAW, or Robert Anton Wilson points to Chapter 69"The Way to Succeed—and the Way to Suck Eggs!" (sucking seed and sucking eggs referring to mutual oral sex) of Crowley's Book of Lies as being the secret that got him into the Ordo Templi Orientis, while Crowley's book De Arte Mgicaa names Chapter 36"The Star Sapphire", a ritual related chapter.
"The Star Ruby is a ritual written by Aleister Crowley who described it as a “new and more elaborate version of the Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram.”
Built up from the traditional Lesser Pentagram Ritual of the Golden Dawn, while similar in some aspects, the Star Ruby also has many significant differences in its structure; for example, using Greek instead of Hebrew intonations; similarly, while its predecessor is suitable for both invoking and banishing elemental forces, the Star Ruby is exclusively a banishing ritual."
The Star Sapphire is an official ritual of the A.'.A.'.
In his Confessions, Crowley discusses how the book was to lead to his joining Ordo Templi Orientis. He wrote each chapter at lunch or dinner "by the aid of Dionysos," with one chapter that was especially troubling. He eventually was able to get it written after much effort, but he remained dissatisfied and angry with it. Not too long after it had been published, he was visited by Theodor Reuss, then head of the order.

[Reuss] said that since I was acquainted with the supreme secret of the Order, I must be allowed the IX° and obligated in regard to it. I protested that I knew no such secret. He said, "But you have printed it in the plainest language." I said that I could not have done so because I did not know it. He went to the bookshelves and, taking out a copy of The Book of Lies, pointed to a passage in the despised chapter. It instantly flashed upon me. The entire symbolism, not only of freemasonry but of many other traditions, blazed upon my spiritual vision. From that moment the O.T.O. assumed its proper importance in my mind. I understood that I held in my hands the key to the future progress of humanity.
Aleister Crowley sometimes said that this could not have happened the way he remembered it, since The Book of Lies had not yet come out when he joined the O.T.O. As previously mentioned, however, Wilson claims that the book lies about its publication date.
Card #17?  20(17)?
Released 23 September 1977
So, which book is fibbing about the number of all numbers in the universe?
Crowley's, RAW's, or Adams' book?
Since I was born on September 23rd, which was the date Bowie released his single Heroes and
Robert Anton Wilson always used to go on about the 23 enigma.
I'd like to think that the real number that can answer the ultimate question of life, the universe and everything is the number 23.
And let's not forget Dan Radcliffe was born on a 23 also;-)

I think We Are Going to See Some Serious S#it When This Baby Hits 88 ;-)

I'm no numerology expert, but I thought it was kind of cool that the Year of the Fire Monkey starts on the 8th of February in 2016 (2/8/16 ... as they write the date in The States).
8 being half of 16 and 2x8=16 (8+8?)
Plus, this year's Oscars are the 88th and will be held on the 28th of Feb (2[x]8?).
Hmm ... the first Oscars after last year's BTTF year?-)

BACK TO THE FUTURE predicts 9/11
Tarot card #16? 2016?
I think we are going to see some serious s#it when this baby hits 88;-)

Chris Rock will host the
88th Academy Awards
Chris Rock will host the 88th Academy Awards and his birthday is the 7th of February, which is Chinese New Year's Eve this year.

Star Wars in the Year of the Monkey?
You think the Academy would have got Ricky to host it with his experience with monkeys.
But then he did host the Golden Globes the same day that Bowie passed away, so maybe not an auspicious sign perhaps
And on a sidenote with David Bowie and Alan Rickman passing away at the age of 69, it's the 69th British Academy Film Awards this year to be held on Feb 14th (Valentines Day)
Oh, and doesn't the Deadpool super hero get injected with a treatment to save him from dying of cancer, too?
The nominees were announced for the 69th British Academy Film Awards on 8 January 2016 (Bowie's birthday) by Stephen Fry, who was the narrator in the Hitch-hikers Guide to the Galaxy film that Alan Rickman voiced Marv the depressed robot in.
Fry will also host the awards on Valentine's Day
And on the subject of Marvs, "Marvin Minsky, the artificial intelligence pioneer who helped make machines think, leading to computers that understand spoken commands and beat grandmasters at chess, has died at the age of 88, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology said."
AI pioneer Minsky dies aged 88
"Minsky, who died on Sunday, suffered a cerebral hemorrhage, the school said.
"Where the f#ck did Monday go?"
"Of the five Taoist elements Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, and Wood, this is the year of the red Fire Monkey
Red means go! Fire brings passion, creativity, and joy
Fire types are strong, dynamic, and can overcome illness and obstacles.
That's funny because J Law from HG/Catching Fire is up for a "Best Actress" award for the movie JOY.
Jennifer Lawrence will probably be jumping for joy if she wins the 'Best Actress' Oscar on the night, because with this year being a leap year the Oscars are on the day before the leap day of February 29th.
Also, the girl born in 88, Grimes, has a new Mad Max style video clip out and is playing the Big Cat in Osaka on 27 Jan 2016 (which is tonight), while on her way to Australia in February -
Grimes - Art Angel (Documentary)
And I see today in the news that a Catherine Grimes was killed on the 26th of January with her Australian boyfriend, the 26th of January also being Australia Day.

Mad Max: Fury Road is up for 10 Awards on Oscar night and the story is meant to take place in Australia, but unlike the previous Mad Max movies, it wasn't filmed in Australia.
"A woman rebels against a tyrannical ruler in post-apocalyptic Australia in search for her homeland with the help of a group of female prisoners, a psychotic worshipper, and a drifter named Max."
Deadpool Takes Aim at the Dead Heart?
And of course, the Huntsman from Snow White and the Huntsman is played by Aussie Chris Hemsworth, who is probably better known for playing Thor.
Of course, Charlize Theron, the Snow White South African actor plays the Snow Queen villain in the Snow White movies and becomes the queen of Oz as Imperator Furiosa in the Mad Max: Fury Road film as the
Black star controversy hits the 88th Oscars
The s#it seems to be flying at
 the
88th Oscars already;-)
What a lovely night this is turning out to be for the organizers of the AA while they try rehabilitating the night (couldn't help throwing in an AA joke there;-).
Christopher Julius Rock
I find it kind of Ironic that the Academy have a black actor named Rock at the heart of the Award night and the Dead Heart of Australia is pretty much represented by the biggest sacred rock in the world.
Officially gazetted as Uluru/Ayers Rock

BACK TO THE FUTURE predicts 9/11

In the BTTF/9/11video above that I had some input into, my contribution was mainly centered around the monolith being the movie screen, which I think it has been pretty well established that this is what Kubrick was going for by making the monolith film screen dimensions, which is what he has you staring at unknowingly at the start, intermission and probably right at the end of '2001', too.

BACK TO THE FUTURE

predicts 9/11

The white monolith?
Which was what all the BTTF movies were driving at, too, in my opinion (pardon the pun).
 Humans touching the pocket monolith
 and watching movies on it
?
Touch?
For better, or for worse in this universe, everything is connected, as Carl Jung would tell you.
A dream is a small hidden door in the deepest and most intimate sanctum of the soul, which opens up to that primeval cosmic night that was the soul, long before there was the conscious ego.

Fool's Gold and their dreams?
The saddest Oscars moment EVER: Michael Keaton stuffs his acceptance speech back in his pocket as Redmayne wins
Film, the Year of the Monkey
 and the 2001 monolith?
Being an Aussie myself I'm kind of hoping for a Mad Max sweep on the night, but I think that might be a bit foolish, as I like The Revenant better on so many levels.
Mad Max Fury Road Oscar Nomination Reaction
It all sounds like one bad Hollywood script you're probably thinking?-)
