Paul Bocuse Passes Away Near the End of the Chinese 'Year of the Rooster/Cock'?!

"Paul Bocuse, the master chef who defined French cuisine for more than a half-century and put it on tables around the world, has died at 91."
The Year of the Rooster ends in mid
February 2018, then the Dog starts
"
Often referred to as the "pope of French cuisine," Bocuse was a tireless pioneer, the first chef to blend the art of cooking with savvy business tactics — branding his cuisine and his image to create an empire of restaurants around the globe.
Bocuse
died on Saturday at Collonges-au-Mont-d'or — the place where he was born and had his restaurant.
He underwent
a triple heart bypass in 2005, and had also been suffering from Parkinson's disease."

What a difference a year makes.
A year ago, I wrote this post about reading a French cookbook and trying a lot of the food mentioned in it -
Fibonacci, French Food and Synch?
I went vegetarian a few months ago after seeing the movie 'What the Health', cutting all meat and dairy out of my diet.
WTH?!!
The X-Factor in Planetary Resources Sustainability or Just a Big Cowspiracy of Bull?
The "Natural" Taste for Meat?
I decided to put eggs back into my diet though, so I didn't have to worry about supplementing my diet with iron and vitamin B12 pills.
The 9 top sources of iron
"2 large eggs, 2mg iron
When it comes to nutrients, there's very little eggs
don't have and, while they may not contain a huge amount of iron, every little bit adds up over the course of a day."

Top 10 Foods Highest in Vitamin B12
Oddly enough, I made the decision to put eggs back into my diet the day before I saw the movie 'The Shape of Water' where the cleaning lady proceeds to feed the monster egg after egg after egg throughout the movie.
The monster though was obviously not a vegetarian it later became apparent in the movie.
Bon voyage Paul.
